        Wow, probably the worst organised, worst customer service I have ever seen. Consistently staff and managers just dont seem bothered. You cant deliver quality service on a shoestring! Not what I expected from BMW!!!

        Philippe made the virtual purchasing process easy and enjoyable. I recommend everyone to go the Tyneside branch even if its a long journey away and I will definitely be back myself.
