        I got blinds fitted into my French doors. Service and cost were both brilliant. They look seriously expensive but were actually really great value

        Excellent service, very patient and clear with explanations. Great selection of blinds and the prices are extremely competitive. They must be good as there is at least 3 week from ordering to installation. Will use them again in the future

        Really terrible customer service. They don't follow through on any promises, no call backs made, a total lack of communication. They took our order and within days knew the blinds weren't available but decided to wait until just before fitting was due to tell us. I can not recommend enough that people stay well clear if this business.
