        Peter is the go-to bike mechanic for the Newcastle, Northumberland and North Tyneside areas. Not only has he travelled the world for Shimano and has vast array of experience, he's also down to earth, no nonsense and honest. His honesty doesn't make him money - it saves you money. I first took my bike in for a full service and was told it didn't need it, that's a first as I typically take my bikes in for a bronze service and I'm told I need gold + all the extras! I go to Peter for all of my repairs as he is fast, responsive and will go out of his way to get the job done under time constraints (usually unreasonable ones). The passion for cycling is clear and the work he performs with pride and care is why I go back there time and time again. Keep it up Peter!

        Very nicely laid out shop,very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Really knows his stuff (ex Shimano trainer). Nice experience.

        Used a few times, one of if not the only cycle shop in the area who stocks tyres and tubes in correct size for wheelchairs. Can't fault the service.
