        We had a great day cycling up the coast from Tynemouth and the bikes were excellent. Thoroughly recommend!!

        Hade a great experience getting a cargo bike from Craig at ride electric. Test ride by the sea was great fun and he ordered in a gazelle makki just for me to try which I ended up buying. Highly recommended!

        Rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Was enquiring about a bike and was met with hostility and nonchalance. I turned around and walked straight out. Appalling customer service.

        What can I say,had consultation as wanting ebike, never ridden and in my 70s, the staff were absolutely brilliant Cup of tea, all the advice I could ever need, organising a learner session then hours riding experience, could not wish for better service and not pressurised into anything, BRILLIANT.

        Craig and Victoria saved the day for us this week. Before boarding the LNER train from Edinburgh to Newcastle we had discovered one of the batteries on our Reise Muller Super Charger 2 was not charging! Emailed ahead and explained we were trying to make the ferry for a 4 day route round the Netherlands with 100k plus days - could they help?? A battery of correct dimensions was produced and fitted for a reasonable hire fee and they undertook to return our under warranty battery to Bosch and bring the new one to meet us off the ferry on our return - now that is service! Thank you to the Ride Electric team!!
