Bensons showroom staff were great, helpful and informative, we received an initial early delivery date. The delivery teams were honest and helpful on both deliveries to date. Unfortunately not all the items arrive as ordered, first delivery was 2 headboards and 1 bed. On the follow up delivery one side of the ottoman bed was damaged and the headboard was not the colour ordered. This means we have now another wait for a third delivery just of 2 headboards and 2 ottoman beds. A very disappointing service. Would not recommend.

Bensons showroom staff were great, helpful and informative, we received an initial early delivery date. The delivery teams were honest and helpful on both deliveries to date. Unfortunately not all the items arrive as ordered, first delivery was 2 headboards and 1 bed. A very disappointing service. Would not recommend.
