A super welcoming guest house run by lovely genuine people. I do +80 hotel nights a year on business but this was my best check in (such a wonderfully well travelled lady with a Christmas birthday), my best nights sleep, my freshest breakfast in a homely space. I forgot to ask about the FearlessLotus, good excuse to visit again Top marks Rebecca and thanks for doing the great job you do.

Excellent small B&B just off the main promenade in Whitley Bay, parking available out on the street or nearby carpark, parking charges aren't too expensive and if you're lucky the landlady might be able to give you a parking permit for your stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, only minor minus was the shower cabinet, it was definitely on the small side, that said these are early 20th century houses adapted for on-suite accommodation. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, breakfast each day was very good with all the usual things you would expect plus lots of homemade things like cakes and jam. Would happily go back again anytime I was in Whitley Bay.
