Envy Hair And Beauty Studios

The worst experience with Clair ever ! Ive been visiting Envy twice , the second visit were clearly repair as my hair hasnt been done as I asked in the first place ( and still had to pay!). Ive booked 3rd appointment and payed deposit of 20( to secure the appointment ) but unfortunately had to re- book it .. Ive been told they wont refund my deposit and I need to pay another deposit of 50%of the new amount as I havent cancel it 48hrs before ( cancelled my appointment 6!hrs before my time).When I informed Clair I wasnt aware of your policy of 48hrs before the appointment as I didnt received any formal documents ( informations about the policies) Ive been told - she told me that which she didnt but anyway Ive been contacting authorities who will look at the case yes its only 20 but I would rather to give it animal rescue charity and Ill fight for the 20 just for the sake of principle.

Bethany from beauty defined within Envy Hair & Beauty studio is an amazing beautician very talented and excellent at what she does. I love my lashes and always know they will look amazing when she does my infills
