I couldnt recommend them enough, got a last minute walk in appointment for my mam today and I have never seen her happier. Her eyebrows and eyelashes look amazing . The lady had made an effort to listen to what my mam wanted done prior to the appointment considering she doesnt speak much English and made my mam feel so comfortable during the appointment. 10/10 Services: Eyebrow beautification, Waxing, Eyebrow shaping, Eyebrow threading, Lash lift

My niece used this salon and it was appalling. So let me just list the points: -My nieces mother was informed the hair colour/styling she wanted would cost 150 but on the day was told 180. - My niece had dark brown hair and wanted it black fading into purple. The hairdresser bleached the ends of her hair (didn't use foils or a hair cap to allow the Bleach to develop through heat) therefore when the purple was put on it was dull and lifeless. - during the bleaching process the hairdresser felt it was appropriate to leave the Bleach on my nieces hair and take herself away to get a bikini wax (lovely! ). -Her hair wasn't checked during the developing period and clearly was left on too long as parts of her hair started to snap. - The black hairdye wasn't what she wanted and was so patchy you could see bits of brown still clearly visible. She was told that 'it didn't take because she'd previously used a box dye). I'm sorry but if this is the case, dye it again . - My nieces mam had purchased extra conditioner from the salon and the salon had ordered it in but forgot to order themselves some in so used my nieces bottle of conditioner BUT then still charged her for 2x conditioner treatments. - They had paid for hair thinning, which wasn't done. Surprise. - They had also paid for hair styling but apparently the hairdresser who was doing her hair couldn't 'curl hair with straighteners' so allowed her 16 yo daughter do it- she ended up burning my nieces scalp. -The service was so bad that my niece cancelled her styling for prom and her mam had to redye her hair at home. ABSOLUTELY despicable and not what you'd expect from a service for 180!! My niece and her mother are too polite but I will be complaining on their behalf. Do not use this salon!!!
