Peter Dunn at Aspire provided excellent advice and plans. We only wish we had gone to him first as I am certain we would have avoided the rigmarole of the planning refusal and appeal we had to go through before going to Aspire. They have kept us up to date throughout and made sure we had the lawful development certificate and building regulation approval in place. very pleased and good value for a proper professional service. Extremely satisfied with the professional service Peter provided. This was my first project, a small extension to my own home. I wasn't sure on alot of the stages involved. Thankfully not only did Peter provide my drawings, he guided me through application process from start to end. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Peter at Aspire Architectural Services after obtaining planning permission for a large construction project. We have been working together for almost a year and his experience and expertise have been invaluable. Peter has produced our Construction Method Statement and the drawings for Building Regulations. Thanks to his attention to detail he identified discrepancies with our planning drawings and was able to amend them. We are very grateful for all of the guidance Peter has given us regarding our Health & Safety obligations and for getting our site up and running. I am yet to find something that Peter can't help with or find a contact for. His extensive knowledge and experience within the industry are evident and we look forward to working with Peter on any future builds.
