Brian came and looked at my washer ,what I thought was a leaky door seal ,Brian looked elsewhere,washer was leaking from the drawer at the top,quick adjustment to the washer level and hey ho there you go ,jobs a good un ,,how many firms would have umed and arred and said yes it needs this done ,,,top man Brian ,honest too ,that what you get with local repair guys ,,,top marks definitely 5stars,cheers Brian Service: Washing machine repair

Called to enquire about a problem with a washing machine which had started to make a noise while in use. As with most problems, an assessment on if its worth to fix or not has to be considered. It was going to be a case of fix it if the cost of repair is less than buying a new one. Most companies i have dealt with for similar situations would charge a call out fee to assess and evaluate, then explain the potential costs of repairing (if in deed it could be). Brian was not wanting to commit to any particular fee for call out, and did not think it important that a customer would want to know an estimated cost. The phone conversation lasted 1minute before he rudely hung up saying get someone else love. Is that a sign of a professional service?
