        very disappointing service. Engineer booked in for 8.15 Arrived over 1 hour late. Phone call to office and told the engineer was getting his van MOT! Engineer refused to service equipment due to H & E despite units being serviced by others for over 10 years. Phoned a different company out, serviced equipment , no problem
