Ryton Towers Residential Care Home

I have worked for Ryton Towers as their Administrator for nearly 1.5 years. I love my place of work. All staff are absolutely brilliant. Wellburn Care Homes are the best company I have ever worked for. We all have regular training to be able to provide the best care to our lovely residents and their families. They really care about their employees health and well-being. There are Wellbeing Initiatives set up as part of their commitment to staff wellbeing from staff newsletters, monthly HALO awards, food vans, Christmas vouchers, an employee assistance programme Health Assured to support staff wellbeing, birthday raffles, welcome bonus, monthly competitions and even random treats from Head Office for the work we do.

I have worked for Ryton Towers for nearly a year. I really enjoy my job, caring for our residents! Wellburn has great opportunities for additional training, such as NVQ, Care Champions, Dementia training etc., The staff are a great team of girls, we all have a laugh and work hard! Management are lovely and helpful!

I have worked at Ryton Towers as a deputy manager for the past 6 months. The company overall is one of the best I have worked for, from the standard of induction I received, training, to the companys incentives they provide for staff and their well-being program they have in place for us if needed. All the staff go above and beyond for our residents and it is a great place to work.

They are taking very good care my mother. Find it very clean and the staff are always very helpful
