Peace At Last Baby Yoga, Toddler Yoga, Infant Massage

During lockdown I have attended Kates adult yoga . As a complete novice ( old novice with creaky bones ) I found Kate easy to follow and she frequently suggests alternative more simple ways of completing the moves. Being on line I didnt feel the same anxiety I have encountered at live exercise classes . If you need a rest/ drink / toilet you can just go without disturbing the class or drawing attention to yourself . Kate limits the number or participants so that she can clearly see what everyone is doing and can give extra or repeated help when necessary however she does not single out people by name which can be embarrassing even on Zoom. I hope there will be more opportunity for adult yoga with Peace at Last or Ill have to borrow a baby .

Ive been doing yoga classes with Kate at Peace at Last for the past few months and Im really enjoying each class. Kates both professional and funny, which with me being a yoga beginner put me at ease. Ive also done her toddler yoga class which was a big hit with my little one, he loves how the classes are linked to his favourite stories so hes been engaged each week and has fun, while Ive got to spend some quality time with him - its nice doing something different then a trip to the park etc! Thanks Kate, I look forward to future classes and am loving every minute and every stretch!!
