Optician

I had a problem with an eye and was advised to go to an optician for my doctor. This I did and as an emergency was seen to hours later by a wonderful reassuring optician called Alex. The receptionist Leslie was really lovely too. I would definitely recommend them, after my ordeal today.

Friendly and professional service from a first class team. All the staff were extremely helpful and I am very pleased with my new glasses. I would not hesitate to recommend this long established, family run business.

I called in to this shop without an appointment for assistance with a repair to my glasses . I was very unimpressed with the lack of service and communication from the person who attended to me . She said she could not help with a repair which was acceptable. However she proceeded to take a personal call on her mobile phone and during her apparent frustrating call said to me " I have told you I can't help you" whilst I waited to ask further questions. !! As a result of my glasses being broken I could've clearly been in the market for purchasing new ones and as a result of her lack of customer service they lost the business. !!
