This shop used to be run by the most lovely couple but since they sold it we have had nothing but Noise from Deliveries from 04.45am- 05.30am and the horrendous banging noises ever!! Weve found out that its the papers being delivered and thrown in a huge metal bottomed Biffa bin causing it to sound like a sonic boom!! This is every single morning then they bang the van door!! They only open at 7am and are too lazy to get up to accept their delivery but they dont mind waking the whole street!! Theyve also put some sort of generator unit in the back thats so noisy & it disturbs all the neighbours at the back! They are the most rude, ignorant people Ive ever met in my life and I would never use that shop again!!

Very disappointed in the attitude in this shop I attempted to return an elux legend vape with apparently 3500 puffs on it which I only used approx 50 before it failed to work. Expecting to get it replaced as the company could return it has faulty to the manufacturer . Only to be told the shop didnt stock these e cigs strange that since this is where I bought it from . On top of that I was made to look like an opportunist liar in front of other customers , appalling customer services. I will not ever use this shop again for anything whatever happened to the customer being right I can not afford to pay out 10 only to have to replace the following day. I believe that it as likely the battery was faulty possibly because it was older stock? Very poor show I am a respectable customer who dies not appreciate the y helpfully attitude of the staff the being made to look like a criminal and being openly lied to by being told they dont sell them try looking under the counter !
