Normally really good service and food but today I ordered my food at 5.20 it has now passed 8pm and still no food , I have rang the shop 4 times and been given different excuses each time and keep getting told my food is on its way . Will never go back after this

After eventually getting order delivered after business lying and refusing 30 pervious orders to avoid letting us redeem our discount vouchers, food once delivered was discusting and gave the whole family food poisoning. We were all so poorly for 48 hours!!! Avoid at all costs. So many more decent curry and kebab takeaway places in Tyldesley that don't rob you and food is 100 times nicer than this dirty little takeaway now these bent owners taken over business. Imperial spice responded to my honest review above which did happen after the last ever order they made for me. I didn't cause a fuss at the time with how ill the food made us as I had just hoped this would have been a rare occurrence as I still trusted this business at this point. After reading some other people's later genuine reviews I believe food has been very poor with this owner who is now running the business. I will now honestly respond to this businesses lies they made about their loyal customer for years. I have never tried to claim 50 for any food a month later which had arrived. If this was the case the owner was happy to accept my orders up until I had redeemed enough vouchers to claim my discount off next order. The review above was for my last order before I would have received my discount. More importantly at no point had the owner said this was the issue when we spoke frequently and never ever told me I was banned by them because of this. Only when I last went into the shop to collect my order after a long shift in the NHS as my order was originally confirmed by the restaurant as accepted they said when I arrived at the shop, they have yet again cancelled my order as they were told they would not get the discount money back. The time before they told me they cancelled my order because there was no drivers, despite offering a delivery service throughout the rest of the day. The next time they rejected my order saying it was because their shop was being refurbished. The next time was because the kitchen was being cleaned. Then other times because they had no ingredients, then because there was too many orders. Each time they told me lie after lie and encouraged me to try again another time. I trusted them and did continue to place my orders as I was now excited to claim a discount off which I had earned. I was unaware of ever having my account banned. The last time when I spoke to the owner on the phone, they said their partners told them not to accept any of my orders because of an issue with my payment method and if they accepted my order there would be a risk they would not get the discount reimbursed and they would loose the discount part of the payment. Nothing ever made sense but if their new response is correct why lie to me each time we spoke. In all these years I have never dealt with a business like it and was so upset and angry when I arrived after my shift to collect some simple food this time for the family family I told the owner how bad it was to lie about kind, honest hard working people and especially those who have been a loyal customer for years with both old and new owners. After encouraging many of my local friends and family to use this business for good food until the food went downhill I have now informed everyone to avoid placing any further orders with this business at all costs! At no point did the owner ever ever ever say that I falsely reclaimed 50 for a order that was late, a month later, as each time I phoned they would tell me excuse after excuse & never once said it was because of this lie now they claim about me and was because they had actually banned me.
