Elliott Street Surgery

A very poor service asking for emergency appointment the poor reception said they don't have any space, and after 2 min told me yes they have one and after 1 min said no they don't, even she don't know what to don. I am not happy with the doctors as well

I just wanted to say thank you to all the doctors and staff in this GP surgery. Not often I need the appointment but if I need it I will always get response. I usually use ask my GP online and I will get response during the same day. Even, if its a prescription for my daughter it will be processed within a day or two. All doctors are polite and receptionist aswell. Thank you again.

the rudest receptionist ive EVER spoken to. if you hate your job get a different one instead of taking it out on people asking for help. Everytime a good GP comes here, they leave after a short time and its no surprise why. you get treated like absolute rubbish at this surgery by Dr Shah. they have no regard for any of the individuals that attend this surgery and are clearly just there for money as opposed to wanting to help.

Shocking reception service. My wife was told to wait for a phone call appointment through the ask my GP app. When they finally called (which isn't the issue) she was asleep due to her being ill with tight chest pains as she already suffers asthma and is on 3 medications. She rang back as soon as she realised and the receptionist thought it prudent to dictate to her how it was wrong of her to be asleep and that she needs to now wait 2 weeks for the next opportunity. This is shocking as the medical practitioners are great but the patients are being let down by the other staff.

Got a sick child, been on hold for 45 minutes. Went on the ask my gp to get a speedy response. Doctor said he called couldnt get hold of me then closed the request! Pathetic practice!! You should be ashamed of yourselves
