Dootson and Harrison Funeral Services LTD

Karen and John recently conducted my mum's funeral, and from the point of first contact to the after service follow-up, they got it just right. Most of my dealings were with Karen although John was lovely when I spoke to him on the phone . Karen is clearly passionate about getting things right for the family. She is loving and caring, has a natural ability to connect with people and is so natural and down to earth that for me, it normalised an event which I had always feared. From the moment Karen rang to tell me that she had my mum in her care, I knew that I'd got the right person and when she visited the next morning, it just confirmed that I couldn't have made a better choice. I could talk so easily to her and knew that she understood exactly what I wanted. There was a long gap between my mum's death and her funeral, but Karen kept in touch throughout and even contacted me several times after the funeral to see how I was doing. It is so clear that this is her vocation and not just a job and I think I now understand why somebody would want to work in this profession, which I never really did before. Thank you Dootson and Harrison. You are wonderful and I can't thank or recommend you highly enough.

Thank you to Karen and John for an excellent send off for my dad. My brother definitely made the right choice in choosing Dootson and Harrison to help organise such a personal event in our lives

Karen and John are amazing, Literally from the moment I phoned to the moment it was coming to an end the service and help was first class. People actually said it was the best service they have ever been too. Personally I cannot put into words what brilliant people Karen and John are and they helped me through a process I thought I would never have to do. In times like this you need your family around you but I can honestly say that Karen and John was part of our family in the process of what is there day to day job. Karen and John are professional in carrying out their duties, but do not forget that everyone's needs are different. They took all the stress off us, ensured we found a package to suit. Their caring and kindness speak volumes. Nothing is too much trouble. Their funeral parlour is so homely and welcoming, it makes it so much more bearable.

Would like to thank Karen and John for sorting the funneral out for James Gallagher, they did a very proffesional job from start to finish, we aprecite everything you did for us and highly recomend they truly are amazing thankyou x
