Can I just say that Julie the receptionist is so helpful and nice I give you 5 stars , Dr sabb is is great, but the other receptionist are a waste of time rude and not helpful at all, they should have more Julie's,don't know why it's coming up as beverley Jones my surname is Hall, ....... I've just rang and spoke to a lovely lady called Gill, very helpful and solved my problem thanks Gill, so that's 2 lovely Sue's and lovely Gill, thankyou

Spends ages waiting for someone to answer phone. Staff are unhelpful and rude.Can never get an apointment when needed especially after 5pm. Even just a phone appointment.Dr saab is amazing though. Only good thing about this practice.

Completely disregarded their duty of care to me as a patient. Receptionists can be sassy and horrible and this GP tried to tell me my shared health care, that I have known more about than them for years, is somehow dangerous (after saying they know nothing about it prior) They never listened to me on any of my health issues.
