        Ive been with Sean for a while now doing adult 121s and i look forward to every session. I started the 121s to help with my mental health and its the best thing i couldve started doing. Sean not only teaches you the fundamentals of boxing he makes it fun, makes you feel at ease and gives you the confidence. Cant recommend him enough!
