I first used temptek a few years ago. It was the middle of summer and I had a new born. The high temperatures we had made life impossible for our baby and I contacted temptek out of desperation. I'd acquired some air conditioning and had no idea what to do. It was the middle of a blazing summer and they were busy!!! I said I don't care what it looks like could you throw it in for us. They squeezed us in and did a fine job of the installation. Since then they have been out every year to service it. I've also had building work carried out which required it all being moved around. Each and every time they go above and beyond. I can't endorse this company highly enough. It doesn't matter who shows up, they are always polite, highly competent and can't do enough. The only mistake I made was not asking them to supply the hardware. This week a fault occurred on the condenser I purchased independently. Knowing what the weather was like they turned out and made a temporary fix until I can source the part. Without doubt the best company I have ever used. Lee and his team at Temptek were recommended to me. They didnt disappoint! Came out promptly to survey my property, listen to what we wanted and provided a quote really quickly which was compatible to other, non local companies. The engineers that came out to install, were very professional and friendly.
