        After waiting for over 2 + weeks after an initial visit,we gave up and another plumber sorted out our problem. The diagnosis was incorrect and very disappointed not to have had any follow up . Very unprofessional

        Helpful at first but once youve paid them then there is No aftercare service, say theyll turn up but dont. Work is 90% complete as radiator controllers are fitted in wrong positions and two radiators dont heat fully.
