After a bad experience buying a second hand car in Liverpool, I was a bit apprehensive about going to meet Adam and Alex. I neednt have worried though as the whole process went very smoothly and Im very happy with the professionalism and courtesy I received..And of course, the car is brilliant.

Update November 2022: Have just bought my second car from Tewkesbury Motor Sales, this time for a family member, as Tewkesbury Motor Sales is now my go-to place for replacing my vehicles. I cannot fault the service, as they provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish, including a decent trade-in deal. They know their stuff. When buying a used car I want to know its a company I can trust and this one has won Customer Service Excellence from Auto Trader. Highly recommended.Found Tewkesbury Motor Sales website whilst looking for a car in Tewkesbury. I like to check to make sure any company I buy from is registered at Companies House to ensure the business is legit and that my consumer rights are protected. Theres another car dealer next door to Tewkesbury Motor Sales, but I couldnt find who owned that one and it wasnt registered so I didnt buy from them. Im really glad I did my homework, as Adam at Tewkesbury Motor Sales was brilliant, he made sure I was properly covered to take the car for a test drive with trade plates registered to his business, sorted a fully underwritten warranty for me, and as the car was already MoTd and had a service history, Adam let me ring my Insurance Company on his landline as my mobile signal wasnt great at Twyning, and I was good to drive away with my car. Im extremely pleased with the excellent service. Thank you Adam and thank you Tewkesbury Motor Sales.

Encouraged by the positive feedback, I decided to buy the car from a Tewkesbury Motor Sales dealer. The car was delivered to me. When I started the engine for the first time, I already knew something was wrong and I am only a woman! Also the coolant indicator was on. After labour at the my garage serious faluts were founds. The car is extremely used mechanically, has leak of coolant and oil. The garage informed me that the car is not fit for road and it may put of risk of losing life. The dealer does not accept return of the car. Even further says the car passed the MOT made by their frendly garage at Cleevely Motors Limited in Cheltenham GL51 8PS. My MOT was done by L.Bryan. I feel responsible to warn everyone who thinks of buying a car at Tewkesbury Motor Sales or going to garage to Cleevely Motor Limited. I used to believe that positive feedback means Im in a good hands.Unless they treat this way only foreign ! Attached only one of many pic showing whats wrong with the car. Here leak of oil.
