        Incredibly professional and friendly training, carried out to a high standard, 2nd course I've carried out with them and would happily return for more training. They were very accomodating with my restrictive dietary requirements and provided a variety of options for breaks and lunch.

        Fantastic training facility. I did the C15 R744 Introduction and Safe Handling course. This was very well presented by Alan and I couldn't fault the way he delivered the course and I feel I came away with good knowledge of what we covered during the day. The place is immaculate and spotlessly clean tooa I highly recommend Cool Concerns.

        Could not ask for a better training facility it is definitely second to none. I have passed every exam here due to the knowledge jane, Stephen and Alan have. The guy there are VERY welcoming friendly. If and when I need further training there is no other place I would be going other than cool concerns. Thank you very much you guys keep up the outstanding work.
