The service was slow, food was OK. It suited us as we were happy to just spend the afternoon chatting but it didn't inspire confidence to visit when it might be busier.

Pub with character but unfortunately closing for refurbishment and stocks of beer and food understandably low. Will have to try again.

Called in for a catch up with an old pal... Only had drinks on this occasion, but have eaten here recently and can attest to the food being very delicious! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable... Dog friendly pub (I think)
