Fantastic pub, run by a great family ! Me and my family of 3 kids, age 9,8 and 3 months Are always welcomed and always looked after along with our dogs also! Richard and the guys and girls cook great food and always a great day out with a massive garden and play area.

This is a beautiful old building next to the nature reserve. Unfortunately, the food was seriously not up to standard, some bits not even hot and odd flavours. The carrots had not been topped and tailed and were dirty. No pepper and salt I presume you have to ask for it.. And there was only one vegetarian option. The drinks were served by the server holding them with his fingers around the top of the glass, that for me is a no no. Very disappointing
