Every time I visit, I am reminded of my previous visit when I tell myself Ill never go there again, staff have no customer service skills and are very unhelpful. The overall offering is also lacking. I feel unwelcome every time.

I booked a flu and covid jab twice at this pharmacy. The first time I didn't even get in the door as the queue outside was so long, the second time I queued outside and finally got inside yo find another queue! Why bother to give appointment times if you're not going to stick to them? These were early morning appointments so you can't even say you had a backlog build up throughout the day.
