Jim and I have loved working with George our personal trainer at Fast Track Fitness. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and fun. We have concentrated on strength, core and balance and have improved week on week. I have also lost 20lbs! As a Chief Nurse and Surgeon at Southampton General it has been pretty full on so training has not only improved our fitness but has also been good for our personal well being. I would thoroughly recommend Fast Track Fitness to everyone. Thank you George Gail Byrne

I have been working with George at Fast Track Fitness for over 6 months and am loving my training journey. When George started training me I was a bit directionless and unsure about where to focus my efforts. As well as working weekly on my core strength and building muscle tone (essential for my peri-menopausal self!) he has helped me take control of both my eating and drinking habits, and identify other activities that are building my overall fitness and strength. He is knowledgeable, clear, a joy to work with, and is firmly encouraging without being overly pushy. My goal was always to get and remain as fit as I can be for my self and my children and with George's help I am well on there way there.
