Ive known Rachael for a few years now and would highly recommend her. Ive seen her for numerous different problems with the main one being my neck and lower back, both of which she was able to improve greatly. She always makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I went to Rachel with acute neck pain. After the first appointment, the pain didn't bother me. We further worked on joints mobility, which completely removed the problem. I am very pleased with the result

Its so great to have such a skilled Osteo in Twyford. Rachael has been a huge support all the way through my pregnancy and post birth recovery. Shes very welcoming, listens to your symptoms and takes a holistic approach to supporting you. I would highly recommend her.

I am always happy with Rachaels treatment and feel the benefit in the following days. I have tried many different therapies for my back problems and have found that Osteopathy seems to be the most suitable for me. I would thoroughly recommend Rachael.
