I have been on this programme for 10 weeks now and lost almost 7 kg plus a combined total of 32 cm off my waist, hips and thighs going down a dress size in just 4 weeks. Due to injury I struggled with exercise before joining TSD and was so demotivated but thanks to the wonderful individualised meal and training plans was able to quickly start to enjoy cooking healthy meals from scratch without feeling hungry. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet thankfully, I tried several in the past and none were sustainable in the long term as most cut out certain food groups. My meal plans are based on foods I like and enjoy and the recipes are flavoursome, even my husband loves most of them which saves cooking different meals. The difference with TSD is the highly qualified super team behind the programme providing 1:1 support, encouragement, mentoring, challenging you and teaching you about nutrition, behaviours, mindset and exercise through reading, videos and phone calls plus the wonderfully encouraging and positive support groups. My aches and pains have greatly decreased as I have got stronger and fitter, I feel more confident in how I look and I encourage anyone to just give it a go, talk to Alex and start to become the best you can be - do it for YOU.

Alexs no non sense approach to the food fads out there was just what I needed to help turn my health back around and get me back on track again. I also found that the three month package that she offered gave me the time that I needed to get comfortable with all of the necessary dietary changes, knowing that she would be there should I need any extra support.
