I went to see Diana after a recommendation from my wife. Diana totally sorted out her neck pain (almost instantly). Ive had a problem with my shoulder for a little while and Diana was very thorough in asking about how it has affected my motion and all the little details about it to make up the whole picture and diagnose a frozen shoulder. She tested various degrees of motion and put pressure in a couple of places and was able to see a small but immediate improvement. I now have some specific exercises to do and will eventually recover my full motion. Thank you Diana!

I definitely recommend Diana - a professional and safe pair of hands! I hadn't had physio before, and she clearly explained how things work. Thanks to her, my frozen shoulder is beginning to thaw.

Attended to see Diana after picking up an injury of over training. Without seeing her my recovery would have been so much longer. Diana is very knowledgeable and informative and deduced my issues quickly. Providing expert guidance on stretching exercises; massages and even helping me to improve on my running style. I found Diana to be very supportive; very professional; providing a clean and hygienic environment in these covid times; easy-going and would recommend her services. I will not hesitate to contact Diana again if I have further niggkes in the future.
