Elaine was really helpful in advising on what plants would work well in my border and which trees to use to provide the privacy we needed from neighbours. The team that came to plant the large trees arrived on time, they were polite and knowledgeable and even tidied my garden up as well as planting the trees. If you want a five star service then this one will suit you. The journey getting to overhauling our garden was painful until we came across this company. We had seen 11 yes 11 different gardening services who frankly at best were unprofessional as well as difficult to get quotes from, plant knowledge or layout design. Creative made a swift appt when we first contacted them, arrived on time equipped with pen and paper. I mention this as several gardening services expected to remember all that we discussed and constantly forgot most of the details when discussed a second time. They kept to the date first mentioned to start the job, arrived on time, had clear instructions on what to do. A team of 4 set to work as soon as they arrived and worked hard until the day they left. I wanted to keep a few of the existing plants and they made sure they were incorporated into the plan which was discussed at length and was moveable even as we started planting so simply nothing was too much trouble. In a world of poor service this company exhibits exactly what you hope you will get and delivers to the best possible heights.
