        I would highly recommend this gym/fitness centre. My first gym ever and everything is much better than I expected. Great trainers, good mix of classes, convinient timings and most importantly it gives results if you are commited. My strength and stamina has improved significantly and I also hit my target weight. A big thank you to trainers Jake, Caroline, Kyle, Jemma, Nisha, Karan.

        Just finished their 21 day cleanse! Fantastic support from Karan and others taking part! I achieved my goal and more! Fabulous gym, the whole team at Twyford are so supportive, keeping sessions interesting and challenging and throughly enjoyable.
