I have mild scoliosis & hypermobility in my spine and have had problems with back & hip pain for as long as I can remember. I found them on Google, and booked myself in with Clare for a sore neck problem. After the first session it has eased greatly, 4 sessions in and I'm back to normal. Clare is nice and relaxed, and she takes time to explain procedures and what's she's doing and why. She managed to work around my atrocious work schedule, and fit me in to suit. A great location, close to the motorway with ample parking. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to Clare by family due to an extremely painful foot causing severe mobility issues. Clare's initial comprehensive examination was very professional and clearly explained. Laser treatment was recommended and after 3 sessions the improvement to my mobility, and to be free of pain, is such a relief. Gail has been cracking and crunching my back for over a year now and and Ive never a a bad word to say. I have a lifestyle that means I end up with knotted and tight muscles. And yes, I know Im supposed to stretch regularly but life can get in the way a bit! Plus, my golf swing is always a little better after a session with Twyford Chiropractic.

After damaging my back a few days before going away for an activity weekend, I was able to get 2 quick appointments. Thanks to the work of both Clare and Gail, I was able to enjoy the weekend away, and then had another appointment when I returned to complete the treatment.
