Avoid - Awful Customer Service from the owner - my refund request was refused despite their legal obligation to provide one for faulty goods or even for distance selling regulations. I bought two expensive Irene 3HLK Fans from Henley fan company (1300). These are really nice looking fans and would have been great if not for the faults. The fans were fitted the day after they arrived and immediately made noises from the motors - one a mechanical clicking with rotation, the other a hum which i think was housing resonation from an imbalanced motor. They also did not synchronise with the remote control, one turning off and the other turning on. We could not sleep with the clicking and humming (separate to the natural air noise of the fans). Since then I have purchased some great fans from a different company at half the price which are silent (we sleep well with these ones) and synchronise perfectly well despite the same components (exactly identical RF receiver and similar DC motors) I contacted Henley fan co the day after installation (2 days after receipt of delivery) with my concerns. The store manager was very helpful, and directed me to the owner for further communication. After initially accepting there were noises and passing the videos onto the manufacturer for comment they offered me a return of the motors with replacement. I decided that i wanted a refund instead (as I am entitled to under the consumer rights act. After my experience with these fans I wanted to buy different ones which Henley did not stock). The owner then changed his mind and decided to say that the manufacturer did not think the noises were faults. I sent a better video without the fan blades and housing making the noise more evident (he has declined to comment on this one) Instead he now tells me that all fans make noises (despite initially saying DC fans are all silent bar air movement noises) He even tried to say that the noises might be interference with my refrigerator. He said i shouldn't have bought bedfans if i was so sensitive to noise (i am perfectly happy with the other ceiling fans). He has declined to comment or accept the synchronicity issue as a fault. He falsely claims that I only want a refund because 'I changed my mind and am grasping at straws to find any excuse to get a refund'. (He doesn't seem to understand that i am also entitled to request a refund separately under the distance selling regulations for internet purchases, this applies even if the product needs to be fitted to check if it is 'fit for purpose') Since requesting the refund the owner has said whatever he can to wriggle out of it and has been aggressive and condescending in his responses. As a result I am left with these fans boxed up and unable to return so am 1300 out of pocket. I have had no choice but to request a credit card charge back and hope that this works. I am sure we were unlucky with these faults. But if you are too - don't expect any positive response from the owner. (I suspect that if Henley fan company responds to this review he (the owner) will try to deny everything i have said, and attempt to convince the reader that there is no fault with the fans and thus i am not entitled to a refund - It is very likely he will deal with you in the same way if you ever want a refund - be warned!)

I Bought a bedfan last week,I absolutely love that . Very good communication. I can say is wow wow wow 10 of 10 .im very very happy with my bedfan Really make my summer cooler . Thanks very very very much.
