Notice of permanent enforcement action: Either yourself or someone with access to your account was found to be using 3rd party applications to cheat in Sea of Thieves. What happened: This is to notify you that your Sea of Thieves account privileges have been permanently suspended due to cheat, inappropriate game-play, and/or system abuse by yourself, or someone with access to your Game Account, PC, or Xbox. This conduct have been determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive. Why we took action: The conduct that caused this account closure may include but is not limited to: *Using unauthorized methods or software to gain advantage or disrupt Sea of Thieves game-play. *Network interference or manipulation. We have a zero-tolerance policy on cheating. We reserve the right to ban any or all of your in-game accounts at our discretion in the interests of maintaining a stable and fair environment for all of our players. Note: Customer support is not able to provide any further details about your account closure. The Security team will not discuss our detection methods, players reporting such activities, or the results of investigations. Rare expects that all customers abide by the Xbox Live Terms of Use, Microsoft Services Agreements, and the Xbox Code of Conduct.
