        Collected our dog today. We called to say we were delayed after returning from our holiday. We were 20mins late and we were charged 20. Pure mean. We've never experienced this kind of attitude before. Our usual kennels Bham dogs home arnt taking boarders at the moment as they have to many dogs so we thought we would try witherley. have to say I wasn't impressed by their attitude. Won't go back.we didn't get any photos as promised and our dog seems really out of sorts.

        would not go anywhere else, they always look after my cavalier henry and he is always well cared for. the staff are brilliant 5star plus. i cant understand why people leave negatives. if people are late picking there pets up expect to be charged, its a business not a charity.
