Booked a soft play session on Thursday for Friday - paid in full. Phone call on Friday morning to say it couldn't go ahead as it was closed. Nothing about a refund or a reason why they were closed. Now I find out they have gone into administration! Disgusting behaviour. The website is still letting people book for activities, and pay for them. Don't get caught out!

I started coming here last year with my daughter last year as it was quiet. It may look lovely from the pictures but do not be deceived. My mother and I joined up recently up to the membership as they had an offer 3.99 a week. We been coming a good few weeks now 2-3 times a week. And I can tell you now weve noticed massive flaws and we are not the only members to have commented or raised issue with members of staff. Who seem to not take a blind bit of notice, the gym equipment some is ok but many things such spin bikes, verticals leg press and other gym equipment are very old They arent smooth to use they crunch and dont glide its like they havent been serviced/safety checked. Now on to hygiene and cleanliness make sure you bring some sort of pool side foot wear I have never seen it being cleaned round the edge of the pool. There is always bits of tissue gravel mud all sort round the pool the sauna and steam room never work, and the change rooms are never kept on top of its disgusting Bits of food mud tissue god knows what else all over the floor they are Constantly soak but now one. Ever comes and cleans it. When ever you say to reception about it you get oh I know it was clean late last night , a few ladies I have spoken to have said they received fungal infection from coming here. They have raised these issues also and no one has said or done anything about it! Dont join they supposedly pride their selves supposedly on being clean and safe, I personally do feel that as do many others We are now tied into a 3year contract that we cant get out off
