We have used B&W on multiple occasions both domestically and commercially. We cannot fault the level of professionalism and attentiveness they provide. All waste is removed quickly and any certificates we require are sent through the same day if not on site. Connor is very polite & responsive to anything we need and we will continue to use B&W on a regular basis! Couldn't have wished for a better response from Marcus and Connor when the ceiling in the kitchen in our rental property fell down due to a leak from the pipes above. Their speedy asbestos analysis meant the insurance company could take the next steps sooner than if we'd had to wait for their assessors. Excellent coms to let us know when they were going to visit. We originally dealt with Connor four to five weeks prior to work being carried out, arranged a day and time to fit in with our business. They turned up on the day and time as promised. The guys at our home were polite, helpful, got the job done and left the house extremely clean. The invoice arrived and we were happy to pay.
