When it comes to servicing or garage work the whole system is appalling. You book in your service, you drop off, you come back at the allotted time and get given a list of other things that are standard service items but for some reason aren't included in the service process, and so you need to go away for another hour while they do these other things. When you question this, they claim it's their systems fault. Their defense for appalling customer service is their internal systems.
