Over priced and poor customer service. I ordered a replacement battery pack for a Compex muscle stimulator from PhysioParts. I paid 65 inc postage, the item took 2 weeks to arrive from The Netherlands and when it arrived I couldnt believe it was a cheap Chinese pack consisting of 4 AAA batteries in a plastic holder - it will have cost buttons to make. Worse still I discovered its available on line elsewhere for 13!! PhysioParts parts refused to honour their Best Price Guarantee promise nor will they refund me the overcharge. If I return it for refund itll cost me another 10 postage. Ive given them the opportunity to rectify the issue without success so I feel it is my duty to warn other people to avoid PhysioParts, FysioParts and any other derivatives of their company. Avoid them !

Ordered bosu home trainer, from what I thought was a uk website,. It said it was in stock and delivery was 2 - 3 days by DPD. That was 3 weeks ago now, still waiting for it. It has been sent, but from the Netherlands?????, but no idea if and when it will arrive. Customer service takes a week to respond to each of my emails. Unable to log in to the account on the website as I have been locked out. Not happy

A defective product arrived and we requested to return item with refund on 14th March. It is now 1st June and still no resolution with multiple unanswered emails and phonecalls. The website states company is in twickenham London. Yet when you want to return an item - they state you have to return to the Netherlands.

So far lm unable to create an account, the wrong delivery address went into the order, no time to alter as the payment went though mega fast. Ive emailed the company it ask they correct the delivery details and they havent replied. I called the company, no answer. After reading Some of the reviews l am now nervous that its a rip off company, my experience so far isnt good. I will correct my feedback if they correct their poor customer care.
