Sports Generation

Have been a client of Sports Generation for over six years now. Unfortunately, the standard has fallen tremendously since -right from the coaches to the customer services experience. The new coaches hired don't seem to have any understanding of rhe swimming levels to start with. Our daughter was awarded a level much higher than her ability only for us and another coach to realise that she was wasting her time taking classes for sessions which were way beyond her ability. I am not sure what checks are in place to ensure that the coaches are following the Sports Generation standards. Having raised this with Sports Generation, we got no apology. When requesting to speak with someone in management, we were told that we couldn't take it any further. These are pretty expensive lessons and the service simply doesn't match!

I have been taking my daughter to the Dorking site with Kim and it is been fantastic! Kim is a great teacher and my daughter has come on so well and has already tried butterfly! Emma was amazing with helping me book the lessons and really looking forward to the next term. Would highly recommend.

Way better than SwimWay. Tutors are more professional and kinder, particularly with smaller children. We had a great, experience. We tried SwimWay purely due to location (didn't want to) but now we'll take the location inconvenience instead because it's so much better

Me and my husband are very pleased with my daughters progress. My daughter whom first started from holding on to the pool wall to swimming the full length within two terms. Sila is such an amazing swimming instructor. She helped my daughter build confidence in the water as well as Im blown away on how detailed Sila teaches from toes to finger tips to shoulders and where her head should be. My daughter adores Sila.

Our experience with Sports Generation has been really good. My son has been swimming with them for a few months now and we have been quite happy how his progress is going. His new instructor, Waldemar, is friendly and has a good knowledge which he is able to pass onto my son easily. My son is enjoying his lessons with him. We highly recommend.
