Once I managed to send one via them, but had to literraly beg them to scan the QR code for digital label, as they were stating they are unable to do that. After scanning everything worked and package arrived fine.
Today I tried to send another, just to have the exact same conversation about digital lables and to learn that they won't take any more parcels till January next year. Wonder, if this could be set on DPD's web page (don't show up as pick-up point if you are unable to take parcels), so people don't walk there unnecessarily.
Use this shop instead: M G News
385 St Margarets Road, Twickenham, TW1 1PP - kind service, understanding of digital labels and how DPD works, dropping the parcel plus shopping took less than 5 minutes.
