        Really great service today. Went to renew my driving licence and my passport. Got everything done within 20 minutes. I didn't have to queue, and the lady who served me was friendly, professional and super-efficient. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend Twickenham Post Office. 5 *

        Terrible queue on a Saturday morning. One person serving at the Post Office tills. Another lady sat at the shop till doing nothing - how lazy when facing a line of 16 people!

        Went on Saturday to send request for replacement of provisional licence. I know there is a charge of 17 so asked for postal order. Postoffice assistant told me I don't need to pay and should send as is. It will take DVLA around 3 weeks to send back the form and my daughter will miss theory test. Man was highly incompetent and unhelpful. I would not use post office at the back of Off licence again and definitely not in Twickenham.

        Other branches stated that they did the service I needed but when I arrived they said that service not available but this lovely place did exactly what I needed and with a smile very happy with my experience
