        What an amazing can't do attitude the staff in this store have!! I gave up going here a couple of years ago but had to go in with my wife and note nothing has changed. Everything you ask it's answered with a negative. Totally unhelpful and rude staff!!!

        Always a very friendly atmosphere in this branch. Staff are welcoming and attentive - Lauren is particularly knowedlegeable and helped with all my questions and queries when visiting. Definitely recommend!

        Rubbish Customer service , it feel like u go in to corner shop and an immigrant whitout visa or permit working there and dont know nothing about this country and lows and system, please dont go there ,if u chick its always available appointments because its service is rubbish that why its not busy

        Appointment at 14:05. I was called at 14:05 whilst I was round the corner looking for parking telling me I was late and that they will only see me if I can make it for 14:10. Lots of traffic but I got there just before 14:10 and they refused to accept the appointment. If you cannot spare 5 minutes, dont tell someone that its possible. Waste of time. The staff had a poor attitude too when I told them I got there the time they told me and just said well youre still 5 mins late.
