Aqua Bathroom

I had an extremely stressful, upsetting experience at Aqua Bathrooms Twickenham when I visited there at about 3.20pm on February 7th 2020. I asked the shop assistant about the best material for baths and he replied, but when I asked if he stocked RAK products, he said, ' are you going to buy something or have you just come to pick my brains?' I said 'There is no need to be so rude. I am just making enquiries and I will buy if the price is right." Whereupon he got up and pushed me physically saying, 'Now I have got you out of the shop". I was shocked. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. He could have asked me politely to leave the shop if he thought I was a time-waster. I strongly advise against going to this shop as this assistant is an aggressive bully.

Very good service from start to finish. From initial site visits through the planning and ordering stage and right through to completion of the job I have no complaints. The whole team are punctual and courteous with high levels of professionalism. The fitters were punctual every single day and there was minimal disruption. I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. I would recommend Aqua.

Lee, Chip, Marcin and the rest of Aqua team have been absolutely fantastic. They started the bathroom refurbishment while we were on vacation. Despite some bumps in the road, they kept up up to date and have gone out of their way to ensure were 100% happy. Amazing customer service and exceptional workmanship.

I have used Aqua Bathroom Twickenham twice and would definitely do so again in future. Both bathrooms were fitted by Lucasz who is a highly talented craftsman. The finished results are exceptional, right down to the tiniest detail. The customer service is excellent and Lee went out of his way to ensure I was happy throughout. I would highly recommend this company.
