Great difficulty with phone communication.
No prompt response to telephone calls. Nearly always on answer phone mode.
Answer phone messages not returned.
Poor Service experienced many times with telephone service and reception at this branch.
Unfriendly, almost hostile attitude to any questions asked.
No warmth in receptionists tone of voice.
