Product never arrived on time and missed the delivery time, only after an enquiry I was informed its not available and to my surprise I was sent another product which was never chosen by me or finalised and I had to return.They didnt even bother to bear return charges for what was their mistake to send an item which wasnt agreed on, after days of discussion on WhatsApp I had to chose another item with a little higher price than my original order and they send me a PayPal link to pay the difference but when I received the order it was even worse and so substandard, before dispatch I was shown a picture and I did ask to cancel the order but it was again imposed on me as they said please check and if you dont like it then return and they dispatched. This time round 2 of return and still how crooked they are not even for goodwill they bear the return charges for their mistake , their messages on the WhatsApp are decisive so customers please be careful and ask again and again for confirmation so that you have evidence. I informed them the return charges and asked them to bear it their reply was okay, please share the receipt for our records later they again refused to pay return charges mentioning they just asked receipt for record not to pay. Coming back to the paypal link they shared to pay me the difference I was refunded half of the money as they said its a deduction by the gateway I chose to pay, whereas it was a trap as at first place they send me the PayPal link to use and I didnt get a chance to think for an instance that why not a bank transfer? Their level of exploitation and talking to you in loops will piss you off! Just be careful as I had an awful experience when it came to refund! Previously I had bought clothes from them and it was up to the mark and good but I never had the need to return but now I know what a nightmare it was to get my fund back which was not even the full amount and they arent apologetic at all for all the mess they had created! Very bad experience with Andaaz Fashion. I checked with them if they had the sherwani in stock, they told me they did and decided to proceed. As soon as I placed the order, they told me they didn't have the fabric for the product in stock. They sent me alternative fabrics which were sub par. Once I picked the fabric, I had to change it again because the fabric wouldn't arrive in time. The end product was terrible quality and the fabric was very different to the photos that were shown. Despite sending measurements, the sherwani didnt fit well. Regrett buying with Andaaz, would not recommend Andaaz. If you're from the UK, you're better off buying from shops in London, Birmingham etc so you can see the fabric and quality. Apr 11th, 2023
