        If you are thinking of trying yoga therapy, my advice would be to give it a go! Sammie has helped me so much. Now I have some really practical advice, tailored to my needs, that I can use in my daily life and not just on the mat! I feel like a different person thanks to the techniques I have been shown and the kind and non-judgemental way that Sammie teaches.

        I had acupuncture with Angelina. The session was very relaxing and helpful for my shoulder pain. Angelina explained to me the techniques she was using and spent time getting to know how she could help me. I felt very comfortable and will be returning for some more session as I feel very good after my session.
