        We ordered our Joolz pram from Bella Baby. Unfortunately the pram arrived damaged. The team at Bella Baby were so quick to resolve our issue and provided us with excellent customer care throughout. They arranged for collection of the damaged pram the next day and then dispatched the new pram immediately. They also rang to check everything was ok once the new pram had been received. Thank you for your help-we cannot wait to use our new Joolz! :)

        I'm expecting my first child and even though the store is a hour away from my home it was completely worth the trip, Chiara was so lovely and helpful, I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends! Again I just want to say a big thank you to Chiara and all her help

        I never leave a bad review but this company are scammers. Send faulty items & do not help with return. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Avoid and just spend your money somewhere else.

        We ran into a few problems with the delivery of our items. While it was not at all Bella Baby's fault, they were incredibly helpful in supporting us to get our package. Customer service was responsive and solution focused. I would 100% purchase from them again!
